AccountRight is powerful accounting, with business management capabilities. Flexible to work off or online. Manage jobs, inventory and multiple company accounts – so you can make sure you handle your business the way you want.
The supported versions are:
- MYOB AccountRight Standard – Cloud
- MYOB AccountRight Plus – Cloud
- MYOB AccountRight Premier – Cloud
Using this integration, you can synchronise data between MYOB AccountRight Live and Maropost Commerce in the following ways:
Exported from Maropost Commerce into MYOB:
- Customers: Matched by the Maropost Commerce customer username to MYOB customer ID.
- Invoices
- Payments: Must have an associated invoice to be exported to MYOB.
- Stock Adjustments
- RMAs
Imported from MYOB into Maropost Commerce:
- Customers
- Products (Items): Matched by product SKU in Maropost Commerce to the MYOB item code.
- Inventory (stock levels)
- Purchase Orders
- Chart of Accounts and Tax Codes
Setup Instructions
The integration uses the service called OneSaas to connect your Maropost Commerce website and MYOB AccountRight Live.
- Sign up for a OneSaas.
- From the Maropost Commerce control panel, click Add-ons in the navigation menu.
- On the Add-ons page, scroll down to Accounting > MYOB AccountRight Live, and click Install.
